Project Leadership is NAMIC’s commitment to developing strong leaders for the future of the mutual insurance industry through focused leadership education and resources.

Project Leadership offers multiple leadership development opportunities including:

  • T.E.A.M. Certification – The T.E.A.M. Certification is an industry recognized designation for insurance professionals who are committed to developing and utilizing leadership skills that are especially useful in teams and volunteer groups.

  • Leadership Workshops – These interactive workshops are designed for new and emerging leaders or seasoned professionals in the insurance industry. Attendees will explore and gain insight into leadership essentials through in-depth instruction, group discussion, hands-on exercises, and facilitated learning.

  • Ongoing Leadership Education – Sessions will be offered at all NAMIC educational events that will be focused on leadership and professional development. Look for the Project leadership logo at all events and take part in this new initiative.
