The event hotel, the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Nashville Downtown, has a limited number of rooms available on May 21 and May 23 at the rate of $359. The night of May 22 is at $199 and still has plenty of availability. Rooms are available at these rates until Tuesday, April 23, or until the group block is sold out, whichever comes first.

TownePlace Suites Nashville Downtown/Capitol District (Overflow Hotel)

NAMIC has also secured a second room block a the TownPlace Suites Nashville Downtown/Capitol District, which is an approximately 6-minute walk from the DoubleTree. The rate at this hotel is $219/night, and rooms are available until Tuesday, April 30 or until the group block is sold out, whichever comes first.

Farm Mutual Forum attendees are responsible for making their own travel and hotel arrangements. While NAMIC studies past attendance trends and the needs of our members, we cannot guarantee rooms will be available. Please plan ahead and secure a reservation as soon as possible to receive the group rate.

To ensure that enough hotel rooms are available for conference attendees, NAMIC reserves the right to limit attendees to one room per registered attendee within the discounted guest room block. If this occurs, additional rooms can be reserved at the hotel's list rates as long as rooms are available.
