Optional Session | Warm Up: Role of the Board in Setting Culture & Roundtable Discussion

Monday, May 6 | 3:00-5:00 p.m.

Interested in getting a jump start on learning ahead of the more structured classroom time? Want to connect with faculty members on a specific topic to help frame your learning? Or maybe you’ve attended Bootcamp previously and want to spend some additional dedicated roundtable time with faculty members and your peers. The Warm Up Roundtable is perfect for you. Faculty members Kevin Kinross and Jim Kennedy will lead the group through a presentation on culture and role of the board in developing and overseeing culture in any organization and then continue the discussion with some of the hottest topics as we move into a facilitated yet casual and open dialog around board governance and operational issues facing mutuals today.
