Christopher P. Taft is president and chief executive officer of Preferred Mutual Insurance Company in New Berlin, New York. He joined Preferred Mutual as vice president, financial services in 1995 and was promoted to his current position in 2009. Taft is a member of the NAMIC PAC Board of Trustees, chairman of the American Association of Insurance Services and treasurer of the Chenango County Chamber of Commerce.
