Biography

Jenn Steidler is NAMIC’s vice president of human resources. She has been with NAMIC since 2016 and manages the human resources and related functions for the association, NAMIC Insurance Company, NAMIC Insurance Agency, and two national trade association management clients. Jenn is also a trustee of and/or advisor to two multi-employer welfare arrangements.

Steidler has managed numerous important HR priorities for during her tenure with NAMIC, including year-over-year accuracy in compensation financial planning, creative executive/staff retention compensation program design and implementation, detailed management succession planning, a financially and otherwise successful pension plan management/termination, and ongoing “Best Places to Work” goal setting and achievement. Prior to joining NAMIC, she worked as an HR SSC training specialist at Roche and held various other HR-focused roles during her professional career.

Steidler earned a bachelor’s degree in clinical psychology from the Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis and a master’s degree in human resource management from Villanova University. She also holds the Professional in Human Resource certification from the Human Resource Standards Institute.
