Biography
Shannon Ollikainen is NAMIC’s chief of staff and assistant corporate secretary. She has been with the association since 2016, and her areas of responsibility include executive affairs/governance, management of association functions and critical applications, data/business analysis, planning, and management coordination.
Ollikainen earned a bachelor’s degree in hospitality and tourism management from Purdue University. Prior to NAMIC, she spent six years in various management positions and locations for Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, as well as three years as an accreditation and continuing medical education program manager for American Medical Seminars in Sarasota, Florida.
