Marks the eighth time the national organization has been selected

INDIANAPOLIS (Feb. 19, 2025) – This week, the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies was named among the 2025 Best Places to Work in Indiana by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce. This marks the eighth time NAMIC has been named to the list, which is selected by the Workforce Research Group and includes organizations that have their primary location in the state.

“NAMIC strives to attract and retain the most talented people in the country to advocate for property/casualty insurers and their policyholders,” said NAMIC President and CEO Neil Alldredge. “People join our team to collaborate on work with purpose and stay because our culture respects them as individuals while encouraging team building and success.”

The Workforce Research Group determines Best Places to Work through employer reports and comprehensive surveys of employees. In past surveys, NAMIC employees have cited the collegial environment, workplace flexibility, and family-first policies as top reasons to work at the organization.

“NAMIC’s repeat success as a Best Place to Work reflects that we treat people the way we want to be treated, prioritizing effectiveness for NAMIC members, work flexibility, and employee satisfaction,” said Alldredge.

NAMIC earned the honor of a Best Place to Work in the 2025 list’s medium companies category, which includes those with 75-249 employees. The Indiana Chamber will recognize award winners at an April 30 dinner event.
