About The Event
AI is changing marketing faster than most teams can keep up. This three-session series gives mutual insurance marketers a practical, hands-on path to using AI with confidence. It was purpose built for NAMIC members, but is open to anyone looking to improve their ability to use AI. Across three live 75-minute sessions, participants learn how to apply AI to the work already on their plate: writing content and social copy, making sense of scattered analytics, personalizing outreach to policyholders and agents, and building AI into daily workflows without adding headcount. Every session includes real insurance industry examples, ready-to-use templates and prompts, and time to problem-solve with peers who understand the unique challenges of mutual company marketing teams. Who it’s for: Marketing and communications professionals at NAMIC member companies, especially lean teams wearing multiple hats who want practical AI skills, not just theory. No prior experience needed.
