Before joining Kelley in 2019 at the Strategic Finance Academy Director, Neil Powell spent nearly 30 years in corporate finance, having served in finance director, controller, and vice president roles in the high-tech industry in the United States, Japan, and South Korea. Highlights include director of finance for a $7 billion corporate venture capital fund, head of finance in Japan and South Korea, and corporate controller roles.

In the third session, attendees will learn how to identify key value drivers using real world examples and leave with a better understanding of how to measure risk and reward.

The final session will focus on measuring value and the various decision-making tools that are available. Attendees will learn how to use financial models and best practices to make value enhancing decisions for their own organizations.
