The following Registration Categories are applicable to the NAMIC Convention:

Members

  • Attendee – PFMM or FMDC Certified – those members who have earned the PFMM or FMDC certification are eligible to register at this discount. All who wish to register in this rate category must be in good standing and current with the Annual Fee. This is a full registration and includes attendance at all business and education sessions, the Chairman’s Reception, Monday and Tuesday lunches, a complimentary roundtable breakfast on Wednesday, the Closing Celebration, and access to the Marketplace for Mutuals.

  • Young Leaders - This new category is for primary member company employees under the age of 35 who are first-time attendees of the NAMIC Convention, where other company executives are already participating at the attendee rate. This category is designed to attract new talent to our industry, provide valuable networking opportunities, and expose them to the NAMIC Convention experience. This is a full registration and includes attendance at all business and education sessions, the Chairman’s Reception, Monday and Tuesday lunches, the Closing Celebration, and access to the Marketplace for Mutuals.

  • PFMM Emeritus - This discounted registration fee is offered to PFMM-certified individuals who are retired or nearing retirement, and have completed the one-time application process for Emeritus status. This is a full registration and includes attendance at all business and education sessions, the Chairman’s Reception, Monday and Tuesday lunches, the PFMM roundtable breakfast on Wednesday, the Closing Celebration, and access to the Marketplace for Mutuals. To qualify, members must be retired (or within one year of retirement) from the farm mutual industry, and meet two of the following requirements:

    • Be 60 years of age or older
    • Have 30+ years industry experience
    • Held the PFMM designation for 10+ years
    • Hold active status in the PFMM program (current annual fee has been paid and certification has not expired due to not attending a qualifying maintenance event)

  • Attendee/Sponsor – employees, directors or associates from any NAMIC member company, including member sponsors. This is a full registration and includes attendance at all business and education sessions, the Chairman’s Reception, Monday and Tuesday lunches, the Wednesday Closing Celebration, and access to the Marketplace for Mutuals.

  • Exhibitors – employees from a company which is a confirmed exhibitor of the convention. Please register for the convention within your booth registration form or follow the steps within your booth confirmation email. Exhibitor registration includes all education sessions, the Chairman’s Reception, Monday and Tuesday lunches, and daily refreshment service. A ticket to the Wednesday Closing Celebration is not included and can be purchased separately.

  • Guest – refers to a spouse or guest of a registered attendee (not a coworker or associate within the industry). This registration includes the daily Keynote sessions, Chairman’s Reception, Monday Guest Lunch, and the Wednesday Closing Celebration. It does not include the Tuesday lunch or daily refreshments.

  • Two-day rate – for those attendees from a primary insurance company in attendance at Monday and Tuesday events. This category includes attendance at the Monday and Tuesday Keynote sessions, Marketplace for Mutuals exhibit show, education sessions, daily refreshments, and lunch on both days. This registration does not include tickets to the Chairman’s Reception on Sunday or the Wednesday Closing Celebration.

Non-members

  • Attendee - Primary Insurance Company – employees, directors or associates from a non-member primary insurance company. This is a full registration and includes attendance at all business and education sessions, the Chairman’s Reception, Monday and Tuesday lunches, the Wednesday Closing Celebration, and access to the Marketplace for Mutuals.

  • Attendee - Reinsurer/Non-exhibiting Vendor – employees, directors or associates from a non-member reinsurer or non-member vendor company, who are not exhibiting, and are not a sponsor at the convention. This is a full registration and includes attendance at all business and education sessions, the Chairman’s Reception, Monday and Tuesday lunches, the Wednesday Closing Celebration, and access to the Marketplace for Mutuals. It will not include a pre-convention attendee registration list.

  • Attendee - Sponsor – employees, directors or associates from a non-member sponsor, who are not exhibiting. This is a full registration and includes attendance at all business and education sessions, the Chairman’s Reception, Monday and Tuesday lunches, the Wednesday Closing Celebration, and access to the Marketplace for Mutuals.

  • Exhibitors – employees from a company which is a confirmed exhibitor of the conference. Please register for the conference within your booth registration form or follow the steps within your booth confirmation email. Exhibitor registration includes all business and education sessions, the Chairman’s Reception, Monday and Tuesday lunches. A ticket to the Wednesday Closing Celebration is not included and can be purchased separately.

  • Guest – refers to a spouse or guest of a registered attendee (not a coworker or associate within the industry). This registration includes the General Sessions, Chairman’s Reception, Monday Guest Luncheon, and the Wednesday Closing Celebration.

  • Student Rate – available to college students interested in the learning more about careers in the insurance industry. This fee includes daily attendance at all business and education sessions, the Monday and Tuesday lunches, and access to the Marketplace for Mutuals. Tickets for the Sunday Chairman’s Reception and Wednesday Closing Celebration are available for separate purchase. There is no member qualification.

  • Two-day rate – for those non-member attendees from a primary insurance company in attendance at Monday and Tuesday events. This category includes attendance at the Monday and Tuesday Keynote sessions, Marketplace for Mutuals exhibit show, education sessions, daily refreshments, and lunch on both days. This registration does not include tickets to the Chairman’s Reception on Sunday or the Wednesday Closing Celebration.

Note: Vendors or reinsurers who are exhibiting should register as an Exhibitor to receive a discounted registration rate and to receive access to the exhibit area during set up time. See the information under the Marketplace for Mutuals for more information and to register.
