The topics on the agenda are determined by the Claims Conference Planning Committee. The committee’s objective is to develop content that is innovative, reflective of the significant issues affecting the claims profession in the mutual insurance industry, and useful in helping solve real-world problems. The group works approximately one year in advance of the conference to set the agenda with most sessions being confirmed within six months of the conference.
