The Alabama Department of Insurance collected a data call including policy and claims data for the area affected by Hurricane Sally. This was the only storm to impact a substantial number of FORTIFIED houses. The Center for Risk and Insurance Research has been analyzing the data – with help from RenaissanceRe and the Insurance Institute for Business & Home Safety – to produce a report that will help insurance underwriters and actuaries understand FORTIFIED performance for underwriting and pricing. This webinar will help attendees become comfortable underwriting and pricing FORTIFIED houses.
