Hot Topics and Emerging Trends in Weather Related Claims

During this session, Steven Badger will discuss several weather-related hot topics and emerging trends to help attendees gain awareness of these issues and better understand how to deal with them. Attendees will learn about improved underwriting approaches, new policy forms, expanded use of appraisal process, increasing use of right-to-repair/preferred contractor programs, policyholder attorney involvement in claims process, and common abuses by contractors.
