Chelsea Stallings

Chelsea Stallings is the regional vice president for the Southwest region, advocating for member companies across Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Kansas.

Stallings joined the NAMIC Advocacy team in April 2026. Prior to joining NAMIC, she was on the Texas and New Mexico government relations teams at State Farm. Stallings’ professional background includes extensive political and government experience in her home state of New Mexico, where she worked for congressional members in their Capitol Hill offices, statewide political campaigns at both the state and federal levels, and three legislative sessions at the state capitol in Santa Fe.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and professional writing from the University of New Mexico, and just recently completed a professional MBA program at the University of Texas at Dallas.
