Chad Kunde

Chad Kunde is the regional vice president for the Southeast, where he advocates on behalf of NAMIC member companies across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee.

Prior to joining NAMIC, Chad served as deputy director of government affairs in the Executive Office of Florida Governor Ron DeSantis. Before that, he spent three years representing the Florida Chamber of Commerce and previously held government affairs and legislative roles with the Florida Association of Realtors, Florida House Speaker Paul Renner, and Florida Speaker Pro Tempore Wyman Duggan.

Chad earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from East Carolina University and a master’s degree in public policy from Jacksonville University.
