NAMIC submitted a letter of support to the West Virginia House Judiciary Committee supporting HB 4823 that would enact the National Council of Insurance Legislators’ Public Adjuster Professional Standards Reform Model law. The bill is sponsored by Delegate Steve Westfall, who also co-sponsored the model law at NCOIL.
NAMIC will continue to advocate for the passage of the bill during this legislative session.
