The House Judiciary Committee on Jan. 31 heard HB 2510 that allows for the disclosure of third-party litigation funding agreements. NAMIC supported the bill, as a strong first step toward reining in out-of-control litigation-system abuse. NAMIC will continue to support the bill as it moves through the process during the legislative session.
