Federal Insurance Office (FIO) [F]
Our Position
NAMIC SUPPORTS the role of FIO within the Treasury to provide information and expertise to Congress and the administration regarding the insurance industry. NAMIC OPPOSES this office expanding beyond its intended purpose and becoming a regulatory authority over the property/casualty insurance industry.
