Examinations Under Oath: A Vital Weapon

The Examination Under Oath is the most underutilized tool in an insurer’s toolbox. It is widely misunderstood as a tool for SIU only. Yet, the EUO is and should be used as a claims tool for identifying underwriting issues, evaluating scope of loss, determining damages, collecting evidence against third parties, and much more. This session will help to educate those unfamiliar with the breadth and power of the EUO and how to utilize it in a timely and efficient manner.
