Seamless transitions from one type of leave to the next
Employees who file a disability claim are assigned a case manager who can help ensure a seamless transition if claimants move from short-term to long-term coverage. That same case manager handles the short-term disability and leave claims. We don’t outsource Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) claims. Our case managers monitor leave-related laws and regulations to ensure administration is consistent, accurate and aligned with current requirements.

Convenient online administration
With Group Online (GO) you can view life, disability and leave of absence claim details, calculate premium and submit payments, create customized reports for list bill accounts to quickly verify new and termed hires, and more. Employees also have 24/7 access to submit and check the status of their disability or leave of absence claims using our mobile-friendly portal, MyGO.
