South Dakota: Workers’ Compensation Reporting Bill Filed

SB 145 was filed by Senate Minority Leader Reynold Nesiba. The bill extends the reporting of an injury to an employer from three days to 15 days. The bill has been referred to the Senate Commerce and Energy Committee.
