Gov. Mike DeWine and Lt. Gov. Jon Husted have declared February as Insurance Careers Month in Ohio. The proclamation signed by the DeWine and Husted acknowledges the strength of Ohio’s insurance market while recognizing the need for workforce in the coming years.
To help facilitate interest in Ohio’s insurance industry, the Ohio Department of Insurance has created a toolkit to help guide job seekers to consider careers in insurance.
NAMIC has a long history, through the NAMIC Mutual Insurance Foundation, of strengthening and growing the industry for the next century and beyond.
