NAMIC filed opposition memos recently to several pending bills, including opposition to three bills relating to PFAS-related claims, H 1415, H 1089, and H 413, and S 462, which would remove caps on damages for wrongful death loss of consortium claims. S 462 will shape up to be a major issue this session as the bill has bipartisan support.

- Opposition to H 1089, Removes Statute of Limitations/PFAS Claims
- Opposition to SB 413, Strict Liability for PFAS Claims
