Optional Activities

To register for optional activities, simply select them when registering. If you are already registered, you can add activities to your existing registration by referencing your confirmation email. The subject line of that email contains the words “NAMIC” and “Registration Confirmation” and you can click the link at the top that reads “To make changes to your registration and/or add optional activities, please click here.” If you have any issues registering for optional activities, please email events@namic.org.

All optional activities are organized through a professional destination management company, which was selected because of its vast knowledge of the resort and surrounding areas. Fees associated with the organized activities include transportation, group admission fees and taxes, and professional guides and staff. We are pleased to offer the prearranged tours and activities to allow for networking with other conference attendees and families and for your convenience in planning your visit; however, we recognize the cost associated with professionally organized tours will be higher than if you were to visit the sites on your own. We appreciate and understand this may impact your decision to participate in the tours. We encourage you to visit the concierge if you would like to plan an individual visit for your family. The concierge is best suited to guide you on attraction times, fees, and details outside our group activities.
