Philadelphia is the home of NAMIC's 113th Annual Convention. America's forward-thinking founding fathers wrote the document that declared America's independence in Philly and from that history was born a city of firsts. It is also known as the birthplace of mutual insurance.

Philadelphia's collection of museums, historical sites, and attractions are the reason people are attracted to this city. But there are so many other reasons to enjoy Philly including the tax-free shopping, sporting events, performing arts, music, dancing, architecture, and so much more.

The Convention Experience

Convention is a BIG event: general sessions with well-known speakers, an exhibit show with more than 100 booths and a grand prize drawing, an agenda chock-full of concurrent sessions and networking opportunities, headliner entertainment at the closing banquet.and that's just what's scheduled on the agenda. Add in networking time, reinsurance meetings, sightseeing, and it is like no other event hosted by NAMIC all year long.

Average attendance at NAMIC's Convention exceeds 1,700 total, including more than 1100 senior executives, from nearly 300 different member companies. It is NAMIC's largest gathering of member company representatives from various size companies illustrating the very diverse membership.
