Conner Tribby

Conner Tribby is the business development manager for member and sponsor experience at the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies. Conner drives non-dues revenue for the association by connecting insurance industry innovators with their target audiences within the NAMIC membership, thereby transforming revenue streams into thriving partnerships built on mutual success. He also collaborates with stakeholders to manage the sales process for affiliate meeting and social spaces at NAMIC events.

Conner earned his bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from Ball State University. Before joining NAMIC in 2021, Conner spent nearly seven years in hotel management, specializing in sales and operations for renowned brands such as InterContinental Hotel Group, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, and Hyatt Hotels Corporation. During this time, Conner honed skills in strategic sales, team leadership, and operational efficiency, consistently driving revenue growth and enhancing guest experiences.
