How do I get registered?

Click here to register for Connect Differently. By completing the online registration form, your spot will be reserved in the virtual session room. Approximately three days before the first session, we will send you instructions on how to connect.

Can more than one person participate from my office?

Yes, our convenient registration offers multiple access points for up to 10 or up to 25 attendees. Each person must complete their own registration form that will be sent to the main contact (first person from each company who registers for the event) within 24-hours of payment being received.

Will the sessions be recorded for future playback?

Yes, you will have access to the recorded sessions on demand after the event concludes for up to three months. Click on the On-Demand tab to view recordings and access presentation slides.

Who do I contact if I have technical problems?

We recommend you test your equipment prior to the live event and let your network administrator know of any challenges in advance. If you can play the video below, you will be able to view the broadcast. We can connect with you with a technical person in the event of difficulties.

Cancellations

Please submit all cancellation notifications to registrar@namic.org. All registration cancellations and transfers MUST be made in writing. Cancellations received on or before August 31, 2018 are 100% refundable. Cancellations received between September 1 and September 11 will be charged a $25 processing fee. Refunds will be issued within 15 business days after receipt of the cancellation notice. No refunds are available after September 11, 2018, so please plan accordingly. You may substitute a participant at no additional charge.
