We state business casual as the suggested attire but really anything goes since this is your meeting.

What is the weather in Orlando in March?

In Orlando, the average high in March is 78 degrees. The average low is 60 degrees.

Are spouses and guest invited?

Spouses and guests are welcome. Registered guests are invited to the Sunday evening Welcome Gathering and breakfast on Tuesday. They are also welcome to participate in any of the optional activities planned.

What registration payment options are available?

The online registration system accepts credit card payments or you can register online and mail in a check for payment.

When and how is registration confirmation sent?

Confirmation is sent via email so please enter a valid email address. You will receive your confirmation the quickest if you are paying online. Confirmation will be sent immediately after you submit your credit card information. If you would like your assistant to receive a copy, please make sure to add their email to your registration.

Does my registration include a hotel reservation?

No, you will need to contact the Waldorf Astoria Orlando to make a reservation. NAMIC has contracted a room block for participants at the rate of $325 per night plus applicable taxes. A set number of rooms are available at this group rate until February 21, 2020, or until the group block is sold out, whichever comes first. Refer to the NAMIC CEO Roundtables group rate when making your reservation at the resort. If you experience any trouble or cannot secure a reservation, please let our registrar know and we'll do our best to assist you.

What is included in the optional resort fee of $45 per night?

You have an option of including the optional resort fee of $45 per room, per night, plus applicable state and local tax to your guest room. If you choose to participate, the package includes:

  • Unlimited access to in-room local and toll-free calls
  • Two (2) Welcome Drinks in Peacock Alley or Aquamarine
  • Access to the Waldorf Astoria Golf Club putting green, including putter rental
  • Bike Rentals (reservations recommended)
  • 20% off merchandise and apparel at the Waldorf Astoria Golf Club Pro Shop
  • 10% off pool cabana rentals (reservations recommend)
  • 10% off spa treatments at the Waldorf Astoria Spa

Do I get to pick the group I want to be in?

Groups are based on your company’s direct written premium. You will be notified in advance of the meeting of your group assignment and provided an attendee list of those in your group.

How can I access my group’s materials prior to the meeting?

In an effort to reduce paper use and address the changing needs of our members, we have elected to provide the meeting materials online through NAMIC’s meeting app. This information will be made available to you two weeks prior to CEO Roundtables. We encourage all participants to bring a laptop or tablet to access materials on site.
