Litigation Loan Measure Still Alive in Kentucky; Contact Senators Now

HB 412 on non-recourse litigation loans has received its first reading on the Senate floor and has been recommitted to committee. Our trade partners indicate that this may be a sign that the bill has the interest of leadership and is being kept alive for a final vote and passage. NAMIC encourages all its members writing in Kentucky to act now and contact senators, especially in leadership, to voice your concerns over this practice and ask them to vote “no” on this bill.

I am not logged into the website.
In the upper right hand corner you will need to enter your NAMIC.org account email and password.

I forgot my account password.
In the upper right hand corner, select "Forgot Password?". After submitting the form, you will receive an email that contains a temporary password and a link to reset your password. It is recommended that you copy and paste the password into the current password field.

I have never registered for NAMIC.org.
In the upper right hand corner, select "CREATE ACCOUNT”. Please be aware that you will initially be logged into NAMIC.org as a non-member. If NAMIC recognizes your email address as a NAMIC member company email, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. Once you have confirmed your email address, you will be directed to NAMIC.org and your membership status will be updated automatically.

If you are a NAMIC member, but the system did not recognize your email address as a NAMIC member company email, your account will be manually approved. It can take up to 1 business day to process a member access request. You will receive an email when your request has been approved. You will then need to log out of the website and log back in to view member content.
