Indiana: Governor Appoints Atterholt to IURC, Cutter to Lead Department of Insurance
Gov. Mitch Daniels announced June 16 the appointment of Department of Insurance Commissioner Jim Atterholt to the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission to fill the vacancy left by the resignation of Greg Server. Current DOI Chief Deputy Commissioner Carol Cutter, a Bedford native, will succeed Atterholt.
