Ohio: Sick Leave Backers to Pull Issue from Ballot

The Ohioans for Healthy Families made a difficult and carefully considered decision to remove the Ohio Healthy Families Act from the November 2008 Ohio state ballot. Gov. Strickland, Sen. Sherrod Brown, and many other state leaders are united with Ohioans for Healthy Families in the belief that all American workers should be able to take care of themselves and their families when illness strikes.
