Commissioner Walter A. Bell to Resign at End of August
Walter A. Bell, the first Alabamian to serve as president of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners, will be leaving his position as state insurance commissioner at the end of the August, Gov. Bob Riley announced Aug. 8.
