NOAA Expects Slightly Below Average Central Pacific Hurricane Season
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's Central Pacific Hurricane Center in Honolulu expects three to four tropical cyclones in the central Pacific basin in 2008, a slightly below-average season.
