Arkansas, Virginia: Insurance Filings Begin Following Deadly Tornados

More than 140 homes and several buildings, including a hospital, were destroyed by three twisters that hit Suffolk, Va., and two towns close to Richmond. In 16 Arkansas counties, tornadoes and storms destroyed 350 homes and businesses, killing at least seven people, and injuring 13.
