Ohio: Insurance Director Rescinds Several Insurance Bulletins
Ohio Department of Insurance Director Mary Jo Hudson announced that she has rescinded 17 Ohio Department of Insurance bulletins that are either outdated or are now covered by Ohio insurance statutes or rules.
