Hurricane Humberto Strikes Gulf Coast

Hurricane Humberto hit the Texas and Louisiana coasts early Thursday morning. What had been a tropical storm, Humberto was upgraded to a Category 1 hurricane before it made landfall east of Galveston, Texas. It is expected to drop as much as 15 inches of rain on the already rain-soaked area.
