New Report Shows Increased Flood Risk from Global Warming Despite Billions Spent on Flood-Control Projects

As Congress considers a massive new water projects bill, a report released April 12 shows how flood risk is increasing because of poorly designed and managed federal flood-control projects, damage to coastal wetlands, and global warming.
