Missouri: Insurance Department Releases Medical Malpractice Report

In 2005, medical malpractice insurers recorded a positive underwriting result for the second consecutive year and the highest recorded number of new claims filed according to findings in the 2005 Medical Malpractice Insurance Report released Oct. 13 by the Missouri Department of Insurance, Financial Institutions & Professional Registration (DIFP).
