Under New Law, Insurance Commissioner's Fraud Prevention Bureau Has Begun Removing License Plates From Vehicles Without Insurance

Insurance Commissioner Matt Denn on Wednesday displayed license plates that have been confiscated from cars and trucks without insurance, the start of a new crackdown on uninsured vehicles in Delaware.
