Attorney General and Insurance Commissioner Announce Appointment of Insurance Fraud Attorney

Insurance Commissioner Roger A. Sevigny and Attorney General Kelly Ayotte announced today the creation of an Insurance Fraud Prosecutor position at the Department of Justice, and the appointment of Catherine Tucker as the Insurance Fraud Prosecutor for the State of New Hampshire. As Insurance Fraud Prosecutor, Tucker will be responsible for the coordination of insurance fraud investigations and prosecutions for the state.
