INSURANCE COUNCIL SAYS SUPREME COURT RULING WILL HELP INDUSTRY COMBAT FRAUD AND PROTECT POLICYHOLDERS

Ewing, NJ- Calling it a significant victory for New Jersey policyholders, the Insurance Council of New Jersey (ICNJ) praised a recent New Jersey Supreme Court Ruling that will make it easier for law enforcement and insurance companies to aggressively combat insurance fraud in the state.
