New York: NAMIC Responds to Report on Clash Between Attorney General and Insurance Regulator

New York Attorney General Eliot Spitzer and Superintendent of Insurance Howard Mills are not seeing eye to eye with respect to Spitzer's continuing investigations into commercial insurance bid-rigging, according to a report published in National Underwriter Online.
