Pennsylvania Insurance Department Concludes Findings on Medical Malpractice Insurance Capacity

On Friday, July 8, Pennsylvania Insurance Commissioner Diane Koken issued a report on the ability of the current medical malpractice marketplace to offer an additional $250,000 of coverage for health care providers in Pennsylvania.
