European Mutual Insurance Association Notes NAMIC Arguments to Address Broker Compensation

In its CEA Daily Press Review on Wednesday, Jan. 26, The Comité Européen Des Assurances (The European Federation of National Insurance Associations), noted NAMIC's stance that the burden of disclosing that a producer is compensated by both parties is balanced with the value that such disclosure adds to the insurance buying process in testimony provided to the NAIC.
