Relates to commercial vehicles; provides for an increase in the overweight commercial vehicle single permit fee as specified; provides an increase in the overweight commercial vehicle per ton fee as specified; provides an increase in the minimum fee for an overweight vehicle permit. Effective date: July 1, 2008.
