Relates to Mobile County; establishes a procedure by which a dog can be declared dangerous or a nuisance and be humanely destroyed in the unincorporated areas of Mobile County; provides that a dog found to be dangerous, but which has not caused serious physical injury to a person, or a dog found to be a nuisance could be returned to the owner if certain registration requirements are met and the dog is securely enclosed.
