Provides a civil cause of action for victims of motor vehicle theft; allows a person who is deprived of his or her motor vehicle because of a violation of to file an action in superior court against the perpetrator for the recovery of actual damages. Requires the Department of Licensing to suspend the driver's license or driving privilege of a defendant until any monetary obligation is paid in full. Effective: July 22, 2007.

Requires payment of prescription drugs for industrial insurance medical aid claims for initial visits; provides that the department for state fund claims shall pay, in accordance with the department's fee schedule, for any alleged injury for which a worker files a claim, any initial prescription drugs provided in relation to that initial visit, without regard to whether the worker's claim for benefits is allowed.
