An Act amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for conditions of permits and security for damages; and extending provisions regarding reports and removal of abandoned vehicles to cities of the second class. Effective: September 14, 2007.

Worker's compensation - fund management

An Act making appropriations from the Workmen's Compensation Administration Fund to the Department of Labor and Industry and the Department of Community and Economic Development to provide for the expenses of administering the Workers' Compensation Act, The Pennsylvania Occupational Disease Act and the Office of Small Business Advocate for the fiscal year July 1, 2007, to June 30, 2008, and for the payment of bills incurred and remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal year ending June 30, 2007. Effective: July 1, 2007.

Underground storage tanks

An Act amending the act of July 6, 1989 (P.L.169, No.32), known as the Storage Tank and Spill Prevention Act, further providing for underground storage tank environmental cleanup program and for underground storage tank pollution prevention program. Effective: June 30, 2007.
