Fraud

Clarifies certain provisions of the insurance fraud law and authorizes the Commissioner of Insurance to adopt rules for the implementation of the insurance fraud law; provides for service of subpoenas for evidence collection related to insurance fraud; provides that any insurance personnel or entity which believes that an insurance related criminal activity has been committed shall make a report within a certain amount of time. Effective: January 1, 2008.
