Relates to purchase of alcoholic beverages and civil liability for persons accessing licensed premises; requires driver's licenses and identification cards to be marked for certain convictions and probation conditions, and fees for the marked license or card; relates to the information contained on driver's licenses; relates to surrender and cancellation of driver's licenses and identification cards, prostitution, the DNA registration system, sex offenders parole or registration, and bail. Effective: varies.

Motor vehicle insurance - traffic enforcement

Relates to vacating lanes or slowing down for specified emergency vehicles stopped along the side of a road. Effective: July 5, 2007.

Property insurance

Relates to underage possession of alcoholic beverages in a dwelling; provides that a person who is physically in possession and exercising dominion and control over a dwelling may not knowingly permit a person under 21 years of age to possess an alcoholic beverage in the dwelling. Effective: September 23, 2007.

Motor vehicle insurance - commercial auto

Relates to Department of Administration access to criminal justice information, certificates, registration, titles, licenses, permits, and other forms, requirements for cancellations of, renewals of, reinstatements of, expirations of, disqualifications of, withdrawals of, suspensions or revocations of, and exemptions from commercial and other driver's licenses, motor vehicles records, penalties for violating commercial driver licensing requirements and the driver's license compact. Effective: July 1, 2007.

Motor vehicle insurance - auto enforcement issues

Provides that a municipality may adopt an ordinance providing for the impoundment or forfeiture of a motor vehicle used by a person who has $1,000 or more in delinquent traffic fines committed within the municipality. Effective: October 29, 2007.
